Flashforge ASA-CF is a high-performance technical filament produced by combining premium ASA with reinforcing carbon fibers. Specially engineered for rugged outdoor durability, the addition of carbon fiber not only significantly increases the structural strength of the material but also greatly reduces its thermal shrinkage.

Important Note: A hardened steel or wear-resistant nozzle is strictly required due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibers.

  • Build Plate Temperature: 100 – 120 °C
  • Printing Speed: 40 – 60 mm/s
  • Cooling Fan: 0 – 50%
  • Retraction Length: 1 – 3 mm
  • Retraction Speed: 30 – 50 mm/s​

💡 Pre-Print Drying & Storage: For optimal surface results, dry the filament at 80°C for 12 hours in a convection oven before printing. Store and print in a sealed environment with desiccant at room temperature up to 40°C, maintaining a humidity level of 10% to 20% RH.
